All work must be paid for at the end of each visit. We accept payment by cash or cheque [with a valid cheque guarantee card].

If the visit is for less than one hour, the minimum callout fee applies. If a second visit is required we will owe you the remainder of the time towards the second visit (see our Costs page for an example).

We can now accept payment by Credit / Debit Card using Google Checkout. The cost includes an aditional charge to cover the transaction fees charged by Google of 1.5% + £0.15 per transaction.

(Please note that payment by Credit Card is only available if you have a working PC & Internet connection at the end of the visit.)
